As the President and Founder of Ridgeline Kansas City, Ryan Russell is a seasoned leader in the electrical field, committed to shaping the industry's future. His extensive experience, which spans roles from Project Manager to Vice President, has equipped him with a deep understanding of project management and business operations.
Under Ryan's leadership, Ridgeline Kansas City is steadily growing, driven by his vision to establish the company as Kansas City's premier electrical subcontractor. His dedication to excellence, coupled with a strategic approach to business development, ensures that Ridgeline consistently exceeds industry standards.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Ryan is devoted to his family, enjoying time spent with his children. His personal interests include golfing, hunting, and fishing—activities that reflect his love for the outdoors and his commitment to a balanced life.
With more than 27 years in the electrical industry, Chance Pouncil brings unmatched field knowledge and strong leadership to Ridgeline KC. His career began hands-on after spending 15 years in residential, commercial, and service electrical work. He then advanced into project management for five years and later into executive leadership.
Chance understands the trade from the inside out. This experience fuels his commitment to quality workmanship, strong team culture, and community focused growth. Beyond operations, Chance is actively involved with Veterans Community Project and My Father’s House KC. Both organizations align with his passion for service and connection.
Grounded by faith, family, and the Kansas City community, Chance enjoys spending time with loved ones. His personal interests include working out, shooting, golf, and traveling.
Chance is grateful to Ryan and Lindsay Russell for the opportunity to help guide Ridgeline KC into its next chapter and is thankful for the community that continues to support their mission.
Lindsay Russell brings heart, intention, and a people first mindset to her role as CAO of Ridgeline KC. Before joining the business, Lindsay spent ten years as a high school special education teacher where she advocated for students, built meaningful relationships, and earned her master’s degree while raising three children.
Her background in education shaped the leader she is today. Lindsay believes every person deserves support, clear communication, and a workplace where they feel valued. She carries these principles directly into Ridgeline KC where she oversees internal operations, employee experience, and the culture that keeps the company grounded in family and integrity.
Lindsay and her husband Ryan were best friends in high school and today they are raising their three children, now ages 17, 15, and 12, while building a business together. Whether she is connecting with staff, strengthening internal processes, or cheering on her kids, Lindsay leads with empathy, dedication, and a steady commitment to doing the right thing.
She is proud to help shape the future of Ridgeline KC and to build a workplace where people can grow professionally while still having the space to show up fully for the people they love.
